The Duration metric displayed on the dashboard uses an mean average, but I suspect that the durations don't follow a bell curve. That would cause so the mean of the duration to be misleading and lead folks to solve the wrong problems in timing.

It'd be nice to get percentiles or quantiles of some kind to better discover what wins we can make to shorten our duration time.
