CircleCI offers visibility into remaining credit usage for customers with annual contracts through the UI, which utilizes GraphQL to present this information. However, this data is not directly accessible via a simple API endpoint, making it challenging for users to programmatically monitor their credit usage. Please provide a REST API endpoint that allows year-contract customers to retrieve their remaining credit usage. This would streamline operations for organizations that automate monitoring and manage resources efficiently. Following use case: Automated Monitoring: Organizations can set up automated alerts and processes that respond to specific credit usage thresholds, helping to prevent service disruptions. Billing and Budgeting Insights: Finance and operations teams can easily integrate credit usage data into their billing systems and budget forecasts.

CircleCI currently offers 400,000 free build credits for open-source projects. Unfortunately, due to the way this is automatically detected and applied, this is only possible for projects hosted on github. To enable open-source projects hosted on gitlab to benefit from the same generous offer the same autodetection method needs to be implemented. This feature request is to enable all things Open Source for GitHub App and Gitlab integrations including the 400,000 credits and community viewable build links on CircleCI.

There should be a way to set a thresh-hold for available credits to send an email when they get to a certain amount to help remind people to top up their credits before they run out. This should be available under plan with a configurable list of email addresses that should be contacted.

The Plans page has a UI with a lot of useful information regarding credit utilization, user, network and storage usage information. It will be nice to fetch these information via an API for reporting purposes.

Credits are confusing. My little dashboard thing where it shows how many credits I'm spending in docker caching, or on users, or whatever, doesn't make easy sense. I don't mind paying you guys, I'm happy with the service, but the billing is really opaque. Specific points of feedback: 1) How much does a user cost in credits (or dollars)? 2) How is the docker caching thing billed? 3) Why is there a plan that costs $15, then one that costs $2000, and nothing in between?

Should be able to enter a billing email address that the invoice/receipt is sent to. i.e. Can go directly to accounts payable.

At the moment build storage has a set retention period without the ability to clear it. In order to better manage plans, the ability to set specific time frames for storage types would help. In addition, the ability, via the UI or API to directly delete storage, would help with more granular control.

Allow annualized customers the ability for teams/projects to have their own credit balance/usage under one annualized contract. Each team/project would have their own LMK for auto-refill and would not be able to use other team/project's credits, they'd need to buy more on their own when credit balance is low. This would prevent internal billing issues for ENT/COMM customers and improve their internal usage projections.

As a CircleCI user, I want to see the Storage information on the Plan Usage page broken down per project, so that I can identify which project consumes most/least storage
