Timestamps rendered inconsistently

Pipelines page uses different timezones for rendering pipeline and job start/end timestamps.

On first glance this looks like the pipeline started 1 hour before the job.
In addition the pipeline timestamps are rendered in 12h AM/PM time and the job timestamps in 24h time.
