Slack integration commit message: Show latest message

The current Slack integration shows the first of a list of git commit messages. Request to change to last message in commit messages.

Actually I would just call for showing the latest commit message everywhere, including on the Workflow Tab

Apart from being easier to track, if your first commit on the branch had [skip ci] in it (which is entirely possible) then your merge now actually skips CI as well! Which is not the desired outcome at all.
