Send test result artifact (xml, html) in email notification

Currently email notification is job/workflow based and it gives status PASSED/FAILED but that doesn't helpful in terms of actual result for certain job. We need test result of particular job irrespective of entire 10 jobs via email notification.

We've seen failures with 100+ test failures which would create alot of noise in a notification. It would be great to understand what test failure information matters most.

+1, when I get an email notification that a job has failed, if that email itself could contain failure information and screenshots, that would help me figure out the severity of the problem much more quickly (e.g. "this is a more important test vs a less important one that's failing," or "that looks like an expected failure due to a recent UI change" etc)
