We often end up queuing waiting for executors for our jobs. To fix this we'd like to be able to confirm our project to prioritise branches, e.g. master branch always takes priority over other branches

Thanks for submitting this idea! Are you on the Container Plan? Our Custom Performance Plan was created to get rid of this need by providing build agents as you go rather than a static number of executors. We have no plans to add any features or capabilities to the container plan, and eventually (although we're unsure when), we will sunset the Container Plan.If you're on Performance Plan and you're seeing queuing issues, then it's possible you've either run into the soft limit, or you're running into the 80 concurrency limit. In that case, we'd recommend reaching out to us to discuss your needs. Thanks for being a CircleCI customer!
