No more intrusive (and repetitive) popups, please. Currently, I see the "No streaming updates available" pop-up appear at the bottom-right corner of the Pipelines screen I visit the page...or even if I just refresh the page. I get it. There are no streaming updates available. I don't have to be told 500 times, with an intrusive and distracting UI.

Please refrain in general from displaying all these dismissal popups, unless there's an urgent one-time reason to show them. There must be a better way to surface routine information.
