To help enforce standardized project settings on oAuth orgs, it would be helpful to know when they are changed. A DevOps team may be attempting to instill a standard but, for oAuth orgs, a project admin can change a project's settings. It would be helpful to receive a notification so settings could be reverted, rather than relying on a method where project settings are scanned on a cadence.
