In Github its possible to have many CI config files in one repo, i want this feature for accounts that are using Bitbucket as well

Agreed. Our parameter list now reads like a cheesecake factory menu; twenty pages and you still can't find what you want.

We are actively scaling our circleci usage, and the complexity increases with our usage due to not having this feature. Repositories with multiple workflows display all parameters in the UI, making it a very poor user experience that is prone to error.
