Sometimes after a run, I want the full end-to-end logs in a single, searchable file. This does not seem to be possible at the moment, stages have their own logs and sometimes several. If I want to know "did a particular test run?", I need to manual open and search several files before I find it or if it didn't, every file.

Conversely, when tests fail, each failure has it's own output, but if I want to capture the entire failure output, I have to copy and paste from each one.
