Having an option that only expands the topmost run would be most useful for Ops investigations without loading context for everything. Usually the latest run on a branch is all we care about. Disabling expand all here: https://support.circleci.com/hc/en-us/articles/46776909737371-How-to-Fix-Pipelines-Page-Performance does help to some degree, but it would be nice to have the workflow details ready for the most recent or failed pipeline.
