The DLC feature is great but can be costly. From an organization level, there's no way to disable DLC caching from the dashboard. Having this would enforce all configurations to not use the DLC, even if they're configured to do so. Built docker images are pushed to AWS ECR, which also has the ability to cache layers. So we're double paying for storage in this case. And as an org scales and is shipping more code, it's utilizing the cache more.
