Don't truncate job names in workflow graph

Currently job names only display 12 characters then truncate.
Ideally we can see all characters. Some suggestions:
Show all characters
Show all characters but keep columns a fixed width (same size as max job width in that step of the workflow)
Make column widths configurable
Make columns manually resizable

Today tool tips show on the job elements in the graph, however there are no tool tips for pending jobs which have not started yet. As a stop gap it would be awesome to ensure tool tips would ALSO show on jobs which haven't started yet!

Not readable long job names in workflow view

In workflow view I cannot read the job names once they’re started.
It’s not really user friendly since I need to point the cursor and wait until hint appear to distinguish jobs one from other. Please add automatic resizing of job containers to fit their name.

Hey Kate,
Seeing the full labels is important from a human parsing/efficiency point of view. We have lots of jobs in our workflows and often the have similar names (e.g. due to being architectural variants of the same build). Not being able to see them at a glance means painfully hovering over each one to find the one you're looking for.
Re a 1hour interview. For this specific issue alone, I don't think it's worth it. However, we have a bunch of issues which are important to us:
and will probably have more over time. So happy to arrange something based on all of those.

Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! As we overhaul our new UI, helping you get to your desired branch/workflow/job/step-output FASTER is very important to us, as is providing a good overview of the workflow map.
I'd like to understand better why seeing the full name is important to your workflow.
Would you be interested in doing a formal user-interview with us? This is a 1-hour recorded video call in which we'll preview our new UI designs to you and assess whether we've solved your problems. We're happy to share a $50 gift card as a token of our gratitude if you participate.
If you're open to it, please book some time here: https://calendly.com/circleci-xteam/60min
Thank you in advance, hope to learn from some of you.

Great idea. I have to minimize job name to understand what is going on in workflow.
