Provide a tool to calculate carbon footprint for an organisation's use of CircleCI. This will allow organisations to gauge their moral responsibility.

Even basic estimated information next to executor resource classes could help, like estimated watts per hour next to a XL class of 8 CPU / 16 GB RAM. More helpful would also be GHG emissions in CO2e units
