Would be nice to be able to define and even automatically onboard many projects w/ a templated configuration or default configuration (perhaps orb?)

I would like the projects and pipelines to be created automatically from the '.circleci/config.yaml' file in the repository. Currently, this process does not happen automatically, and I need to manually create a project and link it to the repository. It would be beneficial if this could be automated, similar to the CircleCI Checks app, to streamline the setup process.
