Currently, Addition and deletion of environment variables from a restricted context is limited to members of the context groups. Any user who is able to use the context will be able to edit environment variables within it.

This feature request is to introduce the ability to have certain security groups only to have ability to edit the env vars while maintaining usability in any and all projects by any actor as if it were unrestricted.
