I'd love an option to allow the approval button to not be included in the total time of the pipeline. We use manual approvals all over the place, not ideal, but what we do. Because of this it makes our pipeline runtimes require more tedious work to understand bloat and the insights that CircleCi provides are rather unhelpful because of this as well.
