Looking for a way for an engineer of our to be able to go to the CircleCI UI (or a different UI if needed), select the environment ("Test" / "PreProd" / "Prod 1" / "Prod 2"), enter a free text for "reason to restart?", and then click a button. That would execute a CircleCI job that will show up in history (to leave an audit trail) and will be available to execute multiple time as needed. This feature is present in Jenkins.
