Add "interactive mode" (aka shell access) for local builds

Similar to SSH'ing into web jobs, but for local jobs run via the cli tool.
It'd be great to be able to gain shell access to locally run builds. This is easy with vanilla docker, so it might be simple to implement for the cli tool?
