API to rerun workflow from failed

Sometimes our tests fails due to low memory (about 1 out of 100+ times). We can write some code to detect this but then we don't have an API endpoint to rerun a workflow on failure. I would like to see that. It would be very helpful to us.

I'm currently trying to find a way to do this too. We have an API, can see the status of a workflow/job, but can't seem to use the API to re-run a specific workflow. Any good reason why this has not been added yet?

We notice this a lot with mysql and would love to see a way for the mysql container to not fail on build.

Specifically, the MySQL container will fail after the "CREATE TABLES" script has been run. Usual failure time is right around 1 minute.
